On the ground in Yiwu · Operating in Dhaka

Source from China without flying blind.

I personally manage factory search, samples, negotiation, quality control, consolidation and freight—through a registered China company and a licensed Bangladesh operation.

What I handle

One accountable operator from brief to delivery.

Most sourcing failures happen in the gaps between supplier, quality control, freight and the buyer. I manage the full chain so those gaps have an owner.

Why work with me

I sit on both sides of the transaction.

I know what a Chinese factory can make, at what MOQ, at what price and what happens when production slips—because I have walked manufacturing clusters from Shandong to Wenzhou. I also know what happens after the product lands because I operate ecommerce brands myself.

“I’m not a middleman forwarding your order to someone else. I’m the operator on the floor.”

That combination—factory access, import licensing and real ecommerce operations—helps me judge a product as a business decision, not just a purchase order.

How sourcing works

Six controlled handoffs. One owner.

Every step produces something visible you can review: a shortlist, a sample, a locked specification, a QC report or a shipment update.

01

Brief

Product, quantity, target market, budget and required timeline.

02

Search

Supplier discovery, capability checks and commercial comparison.

03

Sample

Sample order, fit review and specification adjustments.

04

Order

MOQ, pricing, payment milestones and production follow-up.

05

Inspect

Pre-shipment quality control, evidence and rework if needed.

06

Move

Consolidation, export, freight and arrival coordination.

Operating proof

Built in the real world, not in a pitch deck.

I use the same sourcing, ecommerce and automation systems for client work and for brands I own. That keeps the advice practical.

Before you inquire

Clear answers before the first order.

Every product is different, but these are the questions most buyers should resolve early.

What information should I send first?

Send a product photo, link, specification or reference; your target quantity; destination market; target timeline; and any price or quality requirements you already know.

Can you source small quantities?

Sometimes. It depends on the product, available stock, packaging needs and whether a sample or test order makes commercial sense. I will tell you early when the MOQ cannot work.

How do you verify factories and quality?

I compare supplier capability, samples, commercial terms and production evidence. For suitable orders, pre-shipment inspection is documented with photos, video and issue follow-up before goods move.

Do you only work with buyers in Bangladesh?

No. The operating corridor is strongest between China and Bangladesh, but supplier search, sampling, QC and export coordination can support international clients as well.

Can you help after the product arrives?

Yes. My ecommerce and systems work includes store operations, order workflows, CRM, tracking and reporting—useful when the supply chain is only one part of the business problem.

How are fees and timelines decided?

They depend on product complexity, supplier count, sampling, inspection and freight scope. Share the brief first; I will respond with the recommended scope, timeline and commercial structure.

Have a product in mind?

Send the product, quantity and destination. I’ll tell you what I would verify first and whether the sourcing plan is commercially realistic.
